Brentwood is a very nice part of town. Brentwood is kind of in between Nashville and Franklin but closer to Franklin. I think Brentwood is on the boarder of Williamson county which is the wealthiest county in Tennessee.

Climate in Brentwood is similar to Nashville. Cold winters with a little snow but mainly sleet is the problem. During Summers the temp can get up to 96 or so. But at least this area has all 4 seasons.

The city population was spread out with 31.5% under the age of 18, 4.3% from 18 to 24, 23.6% from 25 to 44, 32.4% from 45 to 64, and 8.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 41 years. For every 100 females there were 97.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.2 males.
